1981 SUZUKI GS1000G

I purchased this 1981 GS1000G from the original owner on March 9, 1989. It is currently one of my "riders," with a mileage figure of around 23300 (37513 km).

The GS1000 was in slightly worse condition than most of the used machines I have purchased and I don't believe it was ever garaged by the previous owner. I have restored it for the most part. A strong performer offering a very comfortable ride, great seat and superb shaft drive system, it is in very good but not perfect condition.

The 1981 models were the last GS1000Gs offered for sale in the U.S. The GS1100G/GK was introduced for the 1982 model year.
