1971 SUZUKI TS250

I purchased this 1971 TS250 (TS250R) new on March 11, 1971; I have owned it for virtually all of my adult life and have seen many an enjoyable trail and street ride on this machine. It is well used but not abused. Until my recent "semi-restoration" of 2007-2008 the TS had not been ridden for well over 20 years.

The TS250 came back to life with little difficulty and on subsequent rides as pictured below, it has performed perfectly without even the slightest hint of a problem. Amazing given its age and the fact it was inactive for over 20 years. My Motorcycle Storage Information Page has details on the restoration work. Current mileage on the TS250 is 13783 (22191 km).

The TS250 is pictured above on Colorado Route 103 at an approximate elevation of 11100 ft (3383 meters).
